At Flower Luxe, customer satisfaction is our priority. As we deal in fresh and perishable products, please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order on www.flowerluxe.in.

1. No Return Policy for Perishable Items

  • Flowers, cakes, and edible items are non-returnable due to their perishable nature.
  • Once delivered, products cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect (different from what you ordered)

Please inform us within 24 hours of delivery with clear images of the product.

After verification, we may offer:

  • A replacement, or
  • A partial/full refund, at our discretion

3. Quality Concerns

  • Minor variations in flower arrangement, cake design, or colour are natural and not considered defects.
  • Complaints related to freshness or quality must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Requests raised after this period will not be accepted.

4. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility

  • Same-day delivery, express delivery, and midnight delivery orders are non-cancellable.
  • For advance orders, cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours before the delivery date.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

5. Non-Refundable Charges

The following charges are non-refundable:

  • Delivery charges
  • Express delivery fees
  • Midnight delivery charges
  • Convenience or service fees

6. Non-Delivery Cases

No refunds will be provided if delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Unreachable recipient
  • Restricted access locations
  • Customer unavailability
