At Flower Luxe, we aim to deliver fresh flowers, delicious cakes, and premium gifts on time for every celebration. Please read our Shipping & Delivery Policy carefully before placing an order on www.flowerluxe.in.

1. Delivery Locations

  • We currently deliver across Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore and selected nearby serviceable areas.
  • Delivery availability depends on the recipient’s pin code and chosen time slot.
  • Some remote or restricted locations may not be serviceable.

2. Delivery Options

Flower Luxe offers multiple delivery options for customer convenience:

  • Same-Day Delivery
    Orders placed within the cut-off time are delivered on the same day.
  • Express Delivery (2 Hours Delivery)
    Available for selected products and locations only.
  • Midnight Delivery (11:00 PM – 12:00 AM)
    Ideal for birthdays and anniversaries. Additional charges apply.
  • Fixed Time Delivery
    Subject to availability and operational feasibility.

3. Delivery Time Slots

  • Delivery time slots are estimated and may vary due to traffic, weather, or operational issues.
  • We do not guarantee exact delivery time unless a fixed-time slot is specifically booked and confirmed.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Delivery charges vary based on:
    • Delivery type (same-day, express, midnight)
    • Location and pin code
    • Product category
  • All applicable delivery charges are displayed at checkout before payment.

5. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed only after successful payment.
  • Orders placed after the daily cut-off time may be scheduled for the next available delivery date.
  • During peak occasions (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, festivals), deliveries may experience delays.

6. Recipient Unavailability

If the recipient is unavailable at the delivery address:

  • The order may be left with a neighbour, security, or reception (if permitted).
  • Re-delivery may be attempted with additional charges.
  • No refunds will be issued in such cases.

7. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing:

  • Correct and complete delivery address
  • Active and reachable contact number

Flower Luxe is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

8. Non-Delivery Situations

We will not be liable for delivery failures caused by:

  • Incorrect recipient information
  • Restricted access locations (hostels, offices after hours, hospitals, etc.)
  • Natural calamities, strikes, lockdowns, or force majeure events

No refunds will be provided in these cases.

9. Handling & Quality

  • Flowers and cakes are prepared fresh on the day of delivery.
  • Slight variations in product appearance may occur due to seasonal availability or handcrafting.
  • Proper care instructions should be followed after delivery.
