1. General
- Flower Luxe is an online gifting platform offering flowers, cakes, gifts, and celebration combos with delivery across Delhi and selected locations.
- By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or using the website under parental guidance.
- We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Products & Images
- All product images displayed on the website are for reference purposes only.
- Actual products may vary slightly in shape, design, colour, or arrangement due to availability, seasonality, or florist discretion.
- Cakes and flowers are handmade and fresh; minor variations are natural and acceptable.
3. Pricing & Payments
- All prices mentioned on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Prices may change without prior notice.
- Payments are processed through secure payment gateways.
- Flower Luxe does not store your card or payment details.
4. Order Confirmation & Cancellation
- An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of an order confirmation message/email.
- Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or modified on the same day of delivery.
- For advance orders, cancellation requests must be raised at least 24 hours before the delivery date.
5. Delivery Policy
- We offer same-day delivery, express delivery, and midnight delivery, subject to availability and serviceable locations.
- Delivery time slots are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
- In case the recipient is unavailable, our delivery partner may:
- Leave the order with a neighbour/security (if permitted), or
- Attempt re-delivery (additional charges may apply).
6. Non-Delivery Scenarios
Flower Luxe will not be responsible for delivery failures due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address details
- Unreachable recipient
- Restricted entry locations (hostels, offices after hours, hospitals, etc.)
- Natural calamities, strikes, or force majeure events
No refunds will be provided in such cases.
7. Replacement & Complaints
- Any quality-related concerns must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with clear images.
- Replacement or resolution will be provided at Flower Luxe’s discretion after verification.
- Complaints raised after 24 hours will not be entertained.
8. Refund Policy
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
- Delivery charges, midnight charges, and express delivery fees are non-refundable.
9. Intellectual Property
- All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Flower Luxe.
- Any unauthorised use, copying, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
10. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Misuse the website or services
- Provide false or misleading information
- Attempt to harm or disrupt website functionality
Flower Luxe reserves the right to block access if misuse is detected.
11. Limitation of Liability
Flower Luxe shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or incidental damages
- Emotional distress caused by delayed or failed delivery
- Allergic reactions to cakes or flowers (customers are advised to check ingredients before ordering)
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi courts only.
